"I have committed to overcoming my anxiety and working on myself and doing whatever it takes to have less anxiety in my life in the future. However, my friend also has pretty severe anxiety and I speak to them on the phone regularly and listening to them complain about their anxiety upsets me. I've make numerous suggestions but they are unwilling to do any of the work required to improve and just want to complain to me about it. What do I do?"
