When you change the way you respond, it will change the way it shows up.
For Anxiety to go away we first need to forgive ourselves. Be at peace with it. Embrace it.
Anxiety loves to fight, so don't engage it.
If you feel nervous or anxious, embrace it, you are alive.
And although your anxiety may be show up unnecessarily, that doesn't mean all is lost.
You can recover, there will come a time where your life isn't dictated to by fear.
Much like a Maze if we stop, we just see darkness.
Much like a Maze the way out is not backwards.
We may meet challenges on the way.
We may get tired.
It may get uncomfortable.
But that's the way out.
There is no other way.
Keep moving forwards.
Often people resign themselves to the fact that they HAVE Anxiety. And many assume it's just something they will have to deal with. Well in the bigger scheme of things you just don't. With the right approach and support you can absolutely move past your anxiety and leave it in your rear view mirror.
As with many questions we have in life we often turn to Google for the answer to the questions we have. Although you may find some useful coping strategies when searching google, continuously searching for the answers can increase anxiety. Once you've established what you need to do to recover you'll realize you have all the tools you need. Searching with only undermine what you already know.
This quote came to me as I feel for many people I talk to they feel Anxiety defines them.
Anxiety is something which we CAN overcome and therefore it's temporary. Although it feels very REAL it's going to pass and you will have LIFE after Anxiety.
