TAP 076 - Stop Coping, Start Changing


In this episode I talk about how we need to stop coping and using short term solutions and actually start changing.  I give some examples about how you can get started today.

In this particular episode you will learn:

- How coping is short term but change can be permanent

- You grow or you learn

- How there is no instant fix or cure

- How pain and discomfort will be involved in change

- How medication may be a "bandaid" fix but not fixing the underlying issue

- We are not used to having to change as society provides lots of instant gratification

- Just change one thing to start, that makes subsequent changes easier
