In this episode I talk about setbacks.  Why we get them, how you can respond to them and why you should expect them as part of the process.  We often feel like having a setback puts us back to square one, but it doesn't.  We don't lose our knowledge or positive changes we've made in our lives.  We just need to proceed gently and continue doing what we know works.
